| Scroll-plate Heat Exchanger | | |
 Scroll- plate heat exchanger is a high-efficient device to be suitable for steam-steam, steam-liquid and liquid-liquid heat exchange. It can be applied in chemistry, petroleum, solvent, pharmacy, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling, coking and other industries. As per structure, it can be classified as non-detachable (I Type) scroll-plate and detachable (II Type and III Type) scroll-plate heat exchanger.¡¡¡¡
Structure and Features
1¡¢Two sheets roll to form two unanimous spiral tubes to allow the total backflow of two heat conductors and greatly enhance heat exchange effect. Even if two mediums had low temperature difference, the ideal result could still be guaranteed.
2¡¢Connecting tube onto shell in tangential direction makes partial resistance small. Since carve rate of spiral tube is even, there has no turbulent changes of direction when liquid flows in equipment. The overall resistance is small, thus, the designed flow rate can speed up to obtain relatively strong ability of heat conduct. ¡¡¡¡
3¡¢I type non-detachable scroll-plate heat exchanger has the spiral tubes with welded ends to obtain a relatively high airtightness.
II type detachable scroll-plate heat exchanger has the same theory on structure with non-detachable one, however, one spiral tube can be detached to clean. Thus, it is specially suitable for the heat exchange of sticky liquid with precipitate. ¡¡¡¡
4¡¢III type detachable scroll-plate heat exchanger has the same theory on structure with non-detachable one, however, two spiral tubes can both be detached to clean. Thus, it has extensive application.
5¡¢As per nominal pressure, scroll-plate heat exchanger can be classified as PN 0.6, 1.0, 1.6 and 2.5 MPa (refers to the Max. working pressure on single tube). It can be classified as carbon steel and stainless steel as per materials. User can choose according to actual technique.
6¡¢When single device can not meet with demands, more devices can be connected to use as per the following requirements:¡¡¡¡
7¡¢Parallel connection and series connection, distance between device and tube is equal. Mixed combination: parallel connection for one tube and series connection for another. ¡¡¡¡
