The device is suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, dextrose, wine making, starch, oral solution, chemistry, foods, MSG, dairy and other thermal materials. Users can choose concentrator through technical data as per concentration volume.
1. The concentrator uses simultaneous dual-effect evaporation. Second-time steam can  fully save investment on boiler and energy consumption to relatively reduce 50% energy by comparing to single-effect concentrator;
2. The device uses external natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure to enjoy rapid evaporation and large specific weight of concentration. Liquor takes non-foam concentration in total airtight condition. The liquor concentrated by this device will have the features of non-pollution, strong medical odor as well as easy clean (open the upper cover of heater);
3. All parts contacting with liquor use stainless steel (OCr19Ni9) to meet with GMP standard, while heater, evaporator, external heating preservation and heat preservation layer use patterned stainless steel sheet to be beautiful in workshop. |
