Infrared-ray Heating High-temperature Kettle
Infrared-ray heating can make the temperature reach at 300 to 600 ¡æ. The stable operation and adjustable temperature are innovative in the country.
Infrared technology of high-efficient energy conservation was specially recommended to apply nationwide by state energy ministry as early as 1970s. Our company firstly carried out the research in 1987 and elaborately designed infrared technology to apply on the heating and heat preservation of reaction kettle, distilling kettle, dryer, tube and other vessels. Such technology has been successively used by many domestic and foreign large and medium-scale enterprises to gain unanimous popularity, including Nanjing Chemical Plant, Tianjing Lighthouse Painting Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Pesticides Factory, German BASF Dyeing Company, ICI Polyyurethane Company, Taiwan Zhongding Overseas Co., Ltd., Jilin Chemical Company, Balin Petrochemical Company, Danlian Dyeing Agents Factory and National University of Defense Technology.
Electric far-infrared heater has the features of large heating area, stable and rapid heating, even heat release as well as high, medium and low temperature controls. What¡¯s more, the temperature of inner wall is easy to be controlled and there have no side effects on fuels and materials in kettle. Carbonization of material can even be avoided. Operation is noiseless and environment-friendly to prolong service life
With people paying attention to environmental protection in worldwide, Electric Far-infrared Heater is crowned as environment-friendly device by many domestic scholars of insight for having solved the serious ecological pollution caused by primitive heating methods.

10 Heat Conduct Theory After heating jacket, the oil will transfer the heat into kettle to let material be heated. Electric resistance sends the heat after being electrified, then carborundum evenly radiates heat onto materials in kettle through infrared rays.  
Results: after comparing two different heating methods, far-infrared radiation heating can save 53% more energy than thermal oil heating. Manufacturing one kettle of material can save 950 kwh to annually reduce the cost of 1 ton of thermal oil and loss for changing electric-heating bar and maintenance. Since far-infrared heating is rapid and stable, user¡¯s output and product quality can get improved. Furthermore, staff labor intensity and working condition can also be better. What¡¯s more, far-infrared heater has the advantages of reasonable structure design, beautiful appearance, easy installation and operation, easy temperature control (for high, medium and low parts) as well as safety and explosion prevention.
