| ZN-C Type Concentrator | | |
1. ZN-C type is the separating part of prolonged cylinder;
2. In order to overcome the defect of second-time steam on top of concentrator condensing to flow back tank before entering into condensator, this device changes condensator into oblique horizontal type;
3. In order to enhance productivity, the device respectively increases the heating area of concentrator’s jacket as well as cooling and condensation area;
4. In order to prevent the blind position of liquor outlet tube on concentrator, the device uses stainless steel ball cock;
5. Set a quick-release hand hole under concentrator to clean residue in tank;
6. ZN-C type sets heating jacket into two or three parts. When liquor is lower, shut off upper part heating to prevent dried wall. The bottom part is changed into cone shape for releasing concentrated liquor. |
